Our head coach, Kevin Rabichow, is entering his 5th season playing with MMV and his 2nd season as part of the leadership team. Kevin started playing ultimate in Toronto in 2011 and naturally plays offensive handler. On the field, his strengths are in handler movement, throwing skills, and decision making. Off the field, Kevin has played poker professionally for almost ten years, and spent hundreds of hours coaching other professionals. He continues to study how to be a better coach, both for poker and for ultimate, and is passionate about helping players improve.
When designing practice along with assistant coach Jerry He, Kevin intends to foster the development of better decision making skills and strong game habits in our players. Kevin’s focus is to give individual attention to skills development and reaching personal goals for every player, while dedicating practice hours to team-level goals according to our mission statement.
